- Who checks the imagery?
- Every run writes an alignment report, then an analyst signs the delivery off. Nothing ships without it.
- Are the accuracy figures real?
- We publish each study with its method and error table, so you can check the figures yourself.
- Can several agencies share it?
- Each operator sets its own licence. Tell us who needs access and we'll quote the licence that covers them.
- Can you meet our sourcing rules?
- Tell us your rules on sensor origin and data location. We buy from many operators, not one.
- What about export control?
- It depends on the sensor, so we answer it sensor by sensor for your shortlist.
- Can you deliver to our national standard?
- Yes. We process to any national coordinate system and specification, and build custom deliverables to your spec.
- How do you handle security?
- Our systems have passed an independent security audit and are monitored continuously. Send your security questionnaire and we will answer it.
